PAY-OUT TIME

Owner receives Rental income every 6 months from the eligibility date and every 6 months afterwards.

FREE VACATION

Apartment owner is given 15 free nights in the Condotel (each year) from the date of full payment (VAT excluded) and VAT payments due.

In case there is no vacant apartment available at the booking time, number of bedroom in your apartment can be converted into the equivalent number of room in any Vinpearl hotel.
