Contractor starts to pay Rental income as per commitment after Customer pays 100% value of the apartment (VAT excluded) and VAT due from time to time (not depend on the signing date of the contract).

PAY-OUT TIME

Owner receives Rental income every 6 months from the eligibility date and every 6 months afterwards.
